own house at 22?

now we're looking around for house.. in serangoon..
got so much things we dunno.. so much ques we wanna ask..

da zhu's sis's hubby got agent lobang.. specialised in serangoon and hougang areas..
and we hope to meet him up soon.. da zhu says it will be good if i'm also around ... cauz it's our house..

da zhu calculated everything like our income and CPF.. so far still ok.. can afford one..
hopefully we can get things done smoothly with the loans too..
so it wun be too much a burden...
